Electronic signature is broad: any electronic mark made with intent. Digital signature often means PKI — keys, certificates, validation. Convertify4u Instant Sign does the former. We say so because “digital signature PDF” in marketing is frequently the wrong promise.
When a simple e-sign is enough
Offer letters, freelance SOWs, lease addenda, mutual NDAs between people who already know each other. Flatten, keep your own email trail, consult counsel if the industry is regulated.
When it is not enough
Government qualified signatures, some real-estate closings, and enterprise workflows that require identity proofing and a stored audit certificate. Those are Adobe Sign / DocuSign / local trust-service territory.
