1. Acceptance of terms
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Convertify4u.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the service.
If you use Convertify4u on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. The service
Convertify4u provides online tools to convert, merge, split, compress, and transform files such as PDFs, images, and Office documents.
Features may run in your browser, on edge infrastructure, or on dedicated servers depending on file type, size, and plan.
We may add, change, or remove tools and limits at any time. We strive for high-quality output but do not guarantee that every conversion will be perfect, especially for complex layouts, scanned documents, or legacy file formats.
4. Accounts
Some features work without an account. Creating an account may unlock usage tracking, subscriptions, and saved preferences.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Notify us promptly at support@convertify4u.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Free and paid plans
Free plans include daily conversion limits and file-size caps. Premium plans provide higher limits and additional features as described on our pricing page.
We may throttle, suspend, or block usage that appears automated, abusive, or intended to circumvent plan limits.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content you do not have the right to use or that violates law or third-party rights.
- Submit malware, unlawful material, or content that is harmful, harassing, or exploitative.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service in ways that degrade availability for others.
- Misrepresent your identity or use the service for fraudulent payment or subscription activity.
7. Your files and content
You retain ownership of files you upload. You grant Convertify4u a limited, temporary license to process those files solely to provide the requested conversion and related support.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for reviewing outputs before use, publication, or distribution.
8. Our intellectual property
Convertify4u, including its website design, branding, software, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited right to use the service as intended, these Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in our platform or trademarks.
9. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Paid subscriptions are processed by third-party payment providers such as Lemon Squeezy or UddoktaPay. Their terms and privacy policies apply to checkout and billing.
Prices, billing intervals, and included features are shown at purchase. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
Unless required by applicable law or stated otherwise at checkout, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. Contact your payment provider or support@convertify4u.com if you believe a charge was made in error.

By using Convertify4u, you acknowledge that you have read those policies.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation. You use Convertify4u at your own risk.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONVERTIFY4U AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Convertify4u from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, your uploaded content, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, create security risk, or use the service unlawfully.
You may stop using Convertify4u at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) will continue to apply.
15. Third-party services and links
The service integrates with third-party providers for authentication, payments, analytics, hosting, and AI processing. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, or policies outside our control.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Convertify4u, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
