Do extracted pages look the same as they did in the binder?

Yes. We extract; we do not recompress as a policy. Scans stay scans. If the piece looks mushy, another tool already smashed the source. Cropping a page is not redaction. Proof stamps and tiny type at 100% if a clerk will reject blur.

Can I pull non-contiguous pages such as 1, 4, and 9 in one download?

Yes. Type 1, 4, 9 or click those thumbnails. Check that selection order matches the order you wanted. Mix a range like 10-14 with a clicked cover if the UI allows both. Preview before you commit so off-by-one does not ship.

Will bookmarks and outlines from the original file survive on the extract?

Often lost on extract. The pages themselves remain. Rebuild a TOC later if a DMS wants clickable structure. We copy page content; we do not author navigation. Name the file so humans can find it without an outline. Clerk-style filenames beat mystery output.pdf.

Is pulling one certificate from a 40-page packet a paid job?

Eligible Instant jobs yes, they stay free and can remain on-device when labeled. Heavy interval work — every 10 pages on an 800-page scan — is Pro. The range spoke is that door. A phone is fine for a few pages.
