Frequently asked questions

How quickly will Convertify4u reply?
We typically respond within one to two business days. Billing and account access issues are prioritized. For urgent conversion failures, include the tool name, file type, approximate file size, and any error message you saw.
What should I include in a support email?
Share the tool URL you used (for example PDF to Word or HEIC to JPG), whether you were on Free or Pro, your browser and device, and whether the job was Instant (browser) or cloud. Do not attach confidential documents unless we explicitly ask for a redacted sample.
How do I request deletion of my account or personal data?
Email support@convertify4u.com with the subject “Privacy request” and the email address on your account. We verify identity before deleting account records. Uploaded conversion files are already auto-deleted after processing — see the Privacy Policy for retention details.
Can I ask about Pro billing or refunds?
Yes. Include your purchase email and approximate payment date. International Pro plans are handled via Lemon Squeezy; Bangladesh payments may use UddoktaPay. We will point you to the correct processor portal when needed.
Do you accept partnership or press inquiries?
