What a useful note looks like
The fastest replies are the ones that name a limit we can check. Free server conversions allow 8 a day and 12 MB. Pro raises the file cap to 100 MB. If a HEIC, a Word file, or a PDF password job stopped, say the size and the plan. HEIC to JPG writes quality 0.92. A PDF password is 4 to 128 characters and the protect path uses AES-256. Compress offers Light, Balanced, and Maximum, not a typed kilobyte box, and it stops at 200 pages. Those facts solve more threads than a screenshot of a spinner.
Picture jobs are often local, so a note that says the image compressor made a larger file is useful: the slider starts at 80, and a result that is not smaller should be discarded in favor of the original. A cutout that ate a strap is a 25 MB browser tool with a transparent PNG out. Crop ratios are freeform, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9, and 1.91:1. A circle or a millimetre passport frame is not on that cropper. GIF frames stop at 30, and the long edge stops at 1200 pixels, on a white mat. Telling us you expected a different preset saves a day of guessing.
Billing notes need the purchase email and the approximate date, plus whether checkout was Lemon Squeezy or UddoktaPay. Privacy notes need the account email and the words privacy request. We verify before we delete account records. Conversion files are not a long archive. Do not paste a password, a full card number, or a contract into the first message. If we need a redacted corner of a page, we will ask.
Partnership notes should say who reads your site and what you want to publish. Corrections to a guide should link the URL and quote the sentence that drifted from the button. Safaat Rahman Siham reads those. A kind, specific note is easier to fix than a demand that every format on earth share one upload box. Start from the PDF tools or image tools if you are not sure which URL failed, then write with that address in the subject.

- How quickly will Convertify4u reply?
- We typically respond within one to two business days. Billing and account access issues are prioritized. For urgent conversion failures, include the tool name, file type, approximate file size, and any error message you saw.
- What should I include in a support email?
- Share the tool URL you used (for example PDF to Word or HEIC to JPG), whether you were on Free or Pro, your browser and device, and whether the job was Instant (browser) or cloud. Do not attach confidential documents unless we explicitly ask for a redacted sample.
- How do I request deletion of my account or personal data?
- Email support@convertify4u.com with the subject “Privacy request” and the email address on your account. We verify identity before deleting account records. Uploaded conversion files are already auto-deleted after processing — see the Privacy Policy for retention details.
- Can I ask about Pro billing or refunds?
- Yes. Include your purchase email and approximate payment date. International Pro plans are handled via Lemon Squeezy; Bangladesh payments may use UddoktaPay. We will point you to the correct processor portal when needed.
- Do you accept partnership or press inquiries?
- Send partnership, affiliate, or press questions to support@convertify4u.com. Mention your site, audience, and proposed collaboration. Product feedback about Instant tools, OCR, or mobile workflows is always welcome.
- What should I leave out of the first email?
- The confidential file. Name the tool URL, approximate size, browser, and whether the page said Instant or server. Uploads are already deleted after processing, typically within one hour and no later than 24 hours, so a sample is rarely required to see a limit or a failed preset.
