PNG is already the picture. A lot of forms still want a PDF. Drop a screenshot, a scanned note saved as PNG, or a logo, and you get a one-page PDF whose page is the image itself. A 1920 by 1080 screenshot becomes a page about 26.7 by 15 inches, because each pixel is one point and a point is 1/72 of an inch. Scale it in the print dialog when you need A4 or Letter. Two choices appear once a file is added. Separate PDFs uploads each image and returns one PDF per file. One combined PDF is built in the browser, in the order you added the images, and it keeps PNG transparency instead of painting a white plate behind the logo. Free server conversions allow 12 MB per file and eight a day. Pro is 100 MB with the daily count removed. On the dedicated server, when a file is over about 4 MB and that server is available, the long side stays within 4000 pixels.

The page matches the picture. Separate mode is one download per PNG. Combined mode stacks the images in the browser, in the order you added them, and keeps the transparent areas of a PNG.

There is no A4, Letter, or margin control. The PDF page uses the image’s pixel size as points. Print scaling happens in your print dialog, or you can build a designed page in a layout app if the margins are the real job.

Transparency stays on the PNG path

Combined mode prefers the PNG and skips the white fill used for JPEG photos. A logo with a clear background can sit on the PDF without a white box. A JPEG on the sister tool is flattened onto white first.

Separate uploads versus a local stack

Separate PDFs is the server path, so each file counts toward the free daily allowance. Combined mode runs in the browser, which suits a stack of ordinary screenshots that should stay on the device. Very large images can still run out of memory in the tab.

How to make a PDF from a PNG

    Add the PNGs in reading order

    Cover, then steps, then the error shot. Combined mode uses that order. There is no drag handle to reorder after the fact, so add them the way a reviewer should read them.

    Choose one PDF per file, or one combined PDF

    Separate gives you a download for each image and uses the server. Combined builds one PDF locally. Pick combined when the screenshots should stay in the browser.

    Download and, if needed, scale at print time

    Open the PDF and confirm the logo still has a clear background if that mattered. When you print, choose the paper size in the print dialog. The file itself matches the image.

Three screenshots as one PDF are easier to forward than a zip of PNGs. Add them in the order of the story and use combined mode.
