Will the PDF keep a transparent hole in a glass logo?

No. Treat PDF like paper. The page composites onto white unless you already flattened onto another color. Keep PNG if you still need alpha in an editor. That is format behavior, not a missing checkbox. Print shops and most portals wanted a solid page anyway.

Is wrapping a whole UI folder of lossless captures included for free?
