A license should not be the price of opening a photo
Professionals get stuck when the only Mac with CC is busy and the file is HEIC. The encode still happens on that laptop, which is why a 48 MP still takes a minute and not a millisecond. Hub is canonical. Mobile spoke if you are on a phone (TIFF size may shock a 64 GB device).
