Rearrange PDF Pages — Reorder & Sort

A bad scan order is a drag problem, not a reprint problem. Drop the file, pull thumbnails into the sequence you meant, save. Instant Organize never sends the PDF away. Visual beats “move page 12 to 3” on a blind list.

Sequence on a grid, not a spreadsheet of numbers

This spoke is reorder-only in spirit: you can still delete and rotate on the same grid, but the copy is about sorting. Executive summary first, exhibits last, chapters from two authors merged into one reading flow.

Drag between two cards

Release to insert. The preview updates immediately. That is how you put a summary page in front without guessing indexes.

After order is right

Download. If blanks remain, delete them in the same session. If a page is sideways, rotate it before you export — the download is the real file, not a preview-only flip.

Mobile

The grid is responsive. Fat-finger drags are easier on a tablet than a phone. Same local engine.
