Trim in the same grid you reorder

Delete first when the problem is extra paper. Then drag survivors into order. Page numbers in the UI are 1-based previews of the current grid, not a promise about printed Bates numbers.

Confidential annexes

Salary tables and extra exhibits: remove them here, then consider Redact Instant if a leftover line still sits on a kept page. Deleting a page is cleaner than blacking an entire sheet.

Email size

Dropping unused pages often beats Maximum compression for readability. Compress after if the remainder is still huge (that step uploads).

Undo

Before download, you can re-open the source. After download, only your backup original can restore a deleted sheet.
