Share a PDF, not your internals

Business redaction is usually columns and names, not a full legal production. Same strip engine. Same rule: you choose the boxes. Encrypt after with Protect PDF if the cleaned file still should not be world-readable.

Typical fields

Unit cost, margin, employee IDs, other clients in a mixed export, comments in the margin. Walk landscape financials slowly — small type hides in headers.

Speed vs care
