Folder discipline
Sibling directories: originals versus sized. Name SKU-angle. Do not overwrite Camera files. After pixels, a compressor pass with the same quality number makes a marketplace ZIP you build yourself.
Uniform thumbs convert
A grid of mixed 4:3 and 16:9 stills looks sloppy. Same width and height every SKU. Crop first if aspect differs — do not stretch products.
