How do I get every tab in one PDF?

Upload the .xlsx or .xls. Gotenberg/LibreOffice exports included sheets in order. Use landscape if summary tabs are wide.

Are hidden tabs included?

LibreOffice prints what the file exposes. Unhide tabs you need; hide the rest. Do not assume very-hidden VBA sheets appear.

Can I combine sheets without desktop Excel?

Yes. This is the online workbook export. No Office install required.

Will each tab keep its formatting?

Each sheet keeps its own layout through LibreOffice. Wide tables still need landscape.

Is a 15-tab monthly pack free?

One PDF from every tab you actually print

Excel’s native export is tedious on a 12-tab monthly pack. This spoke is that automation: one upload, sequential pages. It is not a custom “include sheet 3 and 7 only” picker — hide or delete tabs you do not want before you upload, or split after with Organize PDF.

Active sheets vs hidden

LibreOffice renders the sheets it sees as part of the print workbook. Hidden tabs are often omitted; very-hidden VBA sheets can surprise you. Unhide everything you need, hide everything you do not, save, then convert.

Order and orientation

Sheet order in Excel is page order in the PDF. Drag tabs in the workbook first. One orientation applies to the whole convert — export odd layouts separately if a cover must stay portrait and a data tab must stay landscape.

After the combined file

Rotate or delete a leftover blank with Organize Instant (local). Compress if mail rejects the pack. Multi-workbook folders are Premium batch, not this single-file flow.
