Multiple HEIC to PDF — Volume Sessions, Not One-by-One

Fifty whiteboard photos or a full listing walkthrough should not mean fifty separate downloads. Select the set, keep the tab awake, and export pages without parking the album on someone else’s server.

Multi-file local mode — textbook scans, walkthroughs, and large folders stay on this device.

Volume is a different job from a pretty album

Batching here means throughput: chapter scans, warehouse inspections, event dumps where you need documents fast. You are not designing a lookbook. You are emptying a folder into PDF pages before your battery dies. The tool still runs locally, which is why a phone can stutter — that is your hardware encoding many 12 MP frames, not a queue ticket on our side. Preview page order if the stack must read left-to-right. If narrative order is the product (portfolio, trip booklet), switch to the merge spoke; that page is about sequence as a feature. If you only needed JPEGs for a DAM, do not wrap PDF at all. Keep similar sizes together when you can. Mixing a screenshot with a 48 MP still in one document works, but the PDF will be as heavy as the largest pages. Do inspection sets on a laptop when the count climbs.

How it works

  1. 1

    Multi-select the folder

Grab the whole scanning session. Repeating a single-file dance fifty times is the problem this page exists to skip.

  2. 2

    Decode the stack locally

Pages assemble in memory on this device. The shoot does not become a cloud archive.

  3. 3

    Export the document set

Combined PDF or per-image files, depending on the mode you picked in the converter.

Use cases

Textbook and whiteboard captures

Photograph a chapter, leave with a study PDF instead of a camera roll nobody can open on Windows.

Property walkthroughs

Agents email one packet. Buyers do not install Apple codecs.

Inspection days

Long site lists become a document without a desktop suite.

Event dumps that need files, not a gallery

When the client asked for pages, not a curated layout.

Problems we solve

One-file converters waste the afternoon

Volume sessions need a queue, not heroics. Multi-select is the workflow.

Cloud bulk tools and site photos

Unreleased interiors should not sit on a third-party disk. Local decode avoids that.

Tabs that lock up

That is device RAM. Move a huge stack to a laptop; do not assume a hidden server will rescue a phone.

Trust & privacy

On-device even at volume

Many files still never upload to Convertify4u.

Order before export

Check sequence when the packet has to read in a line.

No Lightroom tax

You do not install a catalog app to empty a scan folder.
