Owner flags vs encryption that blocks opening

Publishers often disable print on a manual you are allowed to use. Screenshot-and-print-to-PDF destroys quality. Restriction removal via pdf-lib keeps the original streams. If a user password still blocks opening, restriction tools cannot guess it.
