Authorized business unlocks, not a bypass service

ERP exports with print blocks, counsel PDFs you have the password for, invoices that need to land in accounting software. Keep an audit copy of the locked original if your policy says so. We cannot produce a vendor log because we never hosted the file.

Policy

Regulated firms cannot upload PII to consumer unlockers. Instant never uploads. You still need authorization — unlocking a counterparty’s file without permission is not “IT convenience.”

Two paths

Know the open password → decrypt. File already opens → maybe only owner flags. Do not mix them in a ticket.
