Multi-page is a queue, not a magic feeder

You are the document feeder

Phones do not grab the next sheet. After each capture, put the next page down, shoot, add. If you skip a sheet, the PDF will too.

Check thumbnails like a copy clerk

Upside-down page 3 is cheaper to reshoot now than to explain later. Rotate before you export if the UI offers it.

When to merge instead

If you already have three PDFs from three evenings, concatenate with Merge PDF. This spoke is for photos of paper in one sitting.

How it works

    Decide the reading order first

    Number the paper in pencil in the corner if the stack is easy to mix up. Erase after if you must.

    Capture, add, repeat

    Same lighting for every sheet so the packet does not pulse bright-dark-bright.

    Review then export

    Flip the preview. If page 2 is the table, delete it and recapture. Then download once.

IMG_9 then IMG_10 is fine until IMG_2 arrives. Do not rely on the camera roll. Rely on the order you added pages.

Mixing sessions

Different lamps make a packet look like two documents glued together. Reshoot outliers or accept the mismatch.

There is no roller. Flip the paper yourself.
