How the Spider Man Triple format actually works
Spider Man Triple is the three Spider-Men pointing at each other from the cartoon and later the films, a three-way accusation format. Three boxes label each masked figure. It is identity comedy: three parties who are functionally the same thing refusing to admit it, or three culprits assigning blame in a circle. Unlike two Spider-Men pointing, the triangle adds a third hypocrite. The masks make them interchangeable on purpose. Give each Spider-Man a name in the same category: three frameworks, three departments, three alibis. The humor is that they are indistinguishable except for your labels. Keep the nouns parallel. You do not need extra dialogue; the pointing is the dialogue. If one of the three is actually different, the still fights you unless that difference is the twist you are mocking.
