How the Futurama Fry format actually works
Futurama Fry is Fry squinting, the 2010s 'not sure if' reaction from AdviceAnimals. Two boxes hold the two possible interpretations, often in 'not sure if X / or Y' grammar. It is ambiguity comedy.
