How the Inhaling Seagull format actually works
Inhaling Seagull is a four-panel photograph of a bird leaning back to scream, used as a breath-then-yell comic. Four boxes match inhale, more inhale, peak inhale, and the shouted line. It spread as a way to wind up a single word or complaint. Unlike Sad Pablo's bored loop, this loop is gathering air. The beak is a siren. The ocean behind it is optional scenery. Use the first three panels for escalating breath, stutter, or setup fragments, and spend the fourth on the scream. Classic posts put dots or 'AAA' in the inhales and one noun in the last panel. Keep the shouted thing short so it feels like it needed that much oxygen. The humor is over-preparation for a small word ('Monday,' 'merge conflicts'). Do not write four complete essays. On Convertify4u you caption 4 caption boxes in the same editor as the rest of the library, then download a clean JPG. Keep a master if you might animate frames later in GIF Maker.
