How the No - Yes format actually works
No - Yes is a two-panel reaction of refusal exploding into acceptance, often a face shaking then nodding, or a red-X energy flipping to a green-check. Two boxes hold the rejected frame and the approved frame. It is a flip, not a Drake stack: the same person changes their mind when the second condition appears. The cut between panels is the joke. Without that reversal, you just have two stickers. Put the deal-breaker in the NO panel and the tiny change that flips the vote in the YES panel. Keep both fragments parallel ('group project' / 'group project but I pick the topic'). The humor is how cheap the conversion was. You can use a single added clause as the entire difference. Do not write two unrelated opinions. The face is one voter, two ballots. On Convertify4u you caption 2 caption boxes in the same editor as the rest of the library, then download a clean JPG. Keep a master if you might animate frames later in GIF Maker.
