Who is holding which part of the chase
Running Away Balloon is a short cartoon: a balloon leaves, a person dives after it, and a second person stays on the grass. Imgflip gives the drawing five text fields because people kept adding asides. The finished joke almost always uses three. The balloon is the thing already out of reach. The runner is the one wrecking their footing to get it back. The standing figure is the friend, job, or plan being walked past.
