A filmstrip, not a slide-deck SaaS
What the switch labeled Carousel actually does
Single mode tiles many pictures into one board. Carousel mode lays pictures in a horizontal strip whose CSS width is (slide width × slide count). Guides (hidden on export) show where html2canvas will slice. Each slice is 1080×1080, 1080×1350, or 1920×1080 CSS pixels, captured at 2×, then packed as slide-01.jpg (or .png) through slide-N in a ZIP. Slide count runs from 2 to 16. Native inputs are JPEG, PNG, WebP, and GIF. HEIC, BMP, TIFF, and AVIF still need a convert-first hop.
What this hub will not claim
There is no LinkedIn PDF exporter, no Ads Manager login, no prompt-to-illustration model, and no 9:16 Story preset. Instagram’s own post cap is ten frames even though the studio allows sixteen — trim before you upload or the app will refuse the extra. Type, charts, and brand kits belong in Canva or Keynote; this tab is photos with object-fit cover and per-frame focus pan. Filename branding on the free tier may alter the ZIP or file stem; it does not stamp a logo on the pixels.
How the spokes split the job
Free access, Instagram’s ten-frame rule, LinkedIn’s PDF habit, Facebook organic vs ads, product angles, teaching sequences, campaign structure, phones, a first-timer walkthrough, professional comparison, and an honest “AI” page each get their own article. Templates here are not the collage grid catalog — carousel mode does not show that strip. Use the collage hub if you needed one combined image instead of a swipe.
