How the Bike Fall format actually works
Bike Fall is a three-panel stick-figure comic of a rider inserting a stick into their own bicycle wheel and crashing. It spread as a self-sabotage flowchart: someone creates the obstacle they then hit. Three boxes label the rider, the stick, and the crash, or the three beats of the plan. Unlike Gru's Plan, there is no presentation; the violence is physical and immediate. The helmet does not save them, which is part of the cruelty. Panel one is the person with a bright idea, panel two is the self-inflicted obstacle, panel three is the inevitable yard. Keep causal arrows in the wording: they placed the stick, therefore they ate pavement. Naming policies, addictions, or automation as the stick works if the rider is the same agent who deployed it. Short labels beat dialogue. The comic is already a story; your captions should only name the parts.
